Our menu is the result of the continuous research and inspiration of our chef Roberto Stefani. It changes several times a year to offer a proposal always linked to seasonality and always ready to surprise even the most demanding palate.


Annalisa Borella – Pastry Chef

The dessert menu of the Tancredi restaurant is created by Annalisa Borella, an established Pastry Chef and Brescian doc, with important experiences in El Celler de Can Roca, Mirazur, L’Albereta and Villa Feltrinelli.

An elegant, light and delicate pastry. The proposal includes great classics revisited as the tarte tatin, the “absolutes” of chocolate or pistachio and sweet interpretations of local ingredients such as citrus fruits of Garda.
